ROOAR accept both Hong Kong/ Macao and the United Kingdom orders.

Free shipping for order above HK$500 ／＄30 will be charged for orders below HK$500

*For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 12 noon the previous day. Orders after 12 noon on Fridays or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day and won't arrive the next working day after order placement

Customers will receive an email from us with your tracking number once the order has shipped.

*Customers are responsible for paying any kind of taxes and duties charged by your own country. *Extra surcharges are required for remote areas, please contact our customer service first.

DELIVERIES

Orders are processed for delivery on working days Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We will deliver your products in accordance with the delivery option you selected at checkout.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

CUSTOMS AND VAT

If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges may sometimes apply, and actual delivery times could be longer due to customs procedures. Prices are listed in GBP and HKD and VAT is included if applicable.
