Do you have a Return Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@rooar.co within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the goods you are returning, and the reasons why.order number.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Please note that we will consider the condition of the products being returned when making an exchange. We only exchange the products are damaged, defective, or the wrong product has been supplied.

When can I expect my package to ship?

All items ship within 5 business days. Rooar is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. Please allow longer time for deliveries during holiday periods. Please contact us if you need expedited delivery, and we can organize an express service. Please contact us if you would like to find out where you can buy arbū products in your country.

How do I track my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website. You may also check on the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking the ‘Order History’.

My package is lost, what do I do?

ROOAR is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. If you have further concerns or questions, please contact us. ROOAR is not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible and we are not able to offer a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

ROOAR currently ships to Hong Kong, Maco and the United Kingdom. For all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes.

What happens when a product is out of stock?

Occasionally, some of our ROOAR products will sell out. We do our best to ensure you receive your products as fast as possible, and we are thankful for your patience. Please note that if you add an item to your order that is out of stock your entire order will be held until the out-of-stock items are ready to ship.

When will my preordered items or out of stock items ship?

How long do my products last?

All ROOAR products have a shelf life of 24 months.
