Refund & Return Policy

At ROOAR, your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. We take great care in creating natural body care products that are safe, effective, and nourishing. However, due to the nature of our formulations, we are only able to offer returns or refunds under specific conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • An item is faulty, damaged in transit, or
  • You experience an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase

If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@rooar.co with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos (where applicable). Once approved, we’ll offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that every skin type is different. If you experience any irritation or reaction, stop using the product immediately and reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to assist you.

We encourage all customers to carefully review our full ingredient list before purchasing. If you’re unsure or have known sensitivities, feel free to contact us at hello@rooar.co prior to purchase — we’re happy to help guide you.

Please Note:
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or on opened/used products unless faulty

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval

  • Return shipping (if required) is at the customer’s expense unless the product was incorrect or defective

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

INITIATING A RETURN

Step 1: Please email hello@rooar.co within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the goods you are returning, and the reasons why.

Step 2: We will send you a confirmation email, along with instructions and a return address. We recommend returning your items by registered delivery with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for returned products that do not reach us.

Step 3: We will process your refund immediately after receiving the returned products. Please allow two weeks for the refund to post to your account.

REFUND LIMITATIONS

Please note that we will consider the condition of the products being returned when making a refund. We do not refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless the products are damaged during shipping, defective, or the wrong product has been supplied.

VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS

Sometimes you may notice minor product variations between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. For example, different organic oil crops can vary slightly in color year to year. Such variations are a positive indication of our commitment to using pure organic ingredients.

RARE CASES OF SENSITIVITY TO CERTAIN ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

All ROOAR products are dermatologically tested and approved for sensitive skin. The organic oils and plant extracts in our products are pure and certified by leading certification organizations including Ecocert, Natrue, and Soil Association. While sensitivities or mild reactions to certain ingredients are rare, they can occur.
**If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please be sure to test body products on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using.
